Abstract: In the report of the 18th national congress of the communist party of China, "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has become China's national strategy. How to promote college students to start their own business has become a hot topic under the severe employment situation of college students. However, the entrepreneurial situation of contemporary college students is not optimistic at present. Although policies and education strongly advocate and support self-employment, the entrepreneurship rate of college students is generally low. Compared with students of other majors in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, pharmaceutical marketing majors are faced with many choices for starting a business due to its characteristics of both economics and management and pharmacy. There are many factors to consider in the process of starting a business. The existence of these influencing factors hinders the development of students. This paper focuses on the factors affecting the entrepreneurship of pharmaceutical marketing students, so as to help pharmaceutical marketing students enhance their entrepreneurial awareness and ability, and expand their employment space.
