Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Cultivation of College Students' Vocational Competence

Abstract

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's social economy, the market economy is showing a diversified development trend, and the technology and talent competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. Based on the employment practice of college students, this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of vocational competence of contemporary college students, and further expounds the strategies to optimize the vocational competence of college students, aiming to share working experience, in order to be beneficial to the cultivation of vocational competence of college students.
