Practice and Innovation of "Three Steps and Three Links" Educational Practice Mode for Normal Students——Taking Teaching Practice of Mathematics Teachers in Baotou Normal University as an Example

Abstract: Teaching practice is an important practical process of normal school students’ cultivation. The teaching practice conducted by mathematics teacher education major is scheduled in three processes - before the practice, during the practice and after the practice. Through the methods of actively discovering and correctly guiding students’ conditions; actively integrating middle and primary schools to achieve a win-win cooperation and mutual benefits; enriching the content and evaluating the process of the internship, the teaching practice leads the mind, constrains the process and quantifies the result.
