Abstract

Abstract: The service work of employment and entrepreneurship guidance is the focus of college work. It is the important link and inherent requirement for the sustainable development of colleges and universities. It is also and the effective guarantee for the healthy development of higher education. Taking the College of Tourism and Culture of Yunnan University as an example, the unique role of the college counselor in the employment and entrepreneurship guidance service is analyzed in this paper, and then establishing the counselor + employment and entrepreneurship guidance service mode that takes the counselor as the center is put forward. It is expected that the service work of employment and entrepreneurship guidance realizes individualized, comprehensive and open development.
