Abstract: With the deeply development of "internet +" in educational technology, a series of teaching innovation and application were explored in Yangzhou University, among which SPOC teaching model has been attracted more attention, due to its mixed teaching model of "online and offline". Based on the features and advantages of SPOC, this paper focused on the aquaculture major course "Culture of Shrimp and Crab", systematically stating the design of SPOC teaching model, associated with the teaching effect, to further clarify the advancement of "online" and "offline", "teaching" and "learning" in this teaching mode.
