Discussion on the Teaching Methods of Applied Talents Education in Colleges and Universities Based on the Background of Big Data

Abstract

Abstract: The arrival of big data era has a certain impact on all walks of life, and the requirements of society and employers for application-oriented talents are gradually increasing. As an important place to train application-oriented talents, universities should use big data technology to improve the employment ability and professional quality of application-oriented talents. This paper analyzes the deficiencies of application-oriented personnel training mode in Colleges and Universities under the background of big data, and probes into the reform of application-oriented personnel training mode in Colleges and Universities under the background of big data.
