Abstract: In the face of the international market with unclear trade situation and the domestic market in transition, the demand for high-quality innovative entrepreneurs is increasingly urgent. However, the education of economic and trade talents in colleges cannot meet the actual needs of the society, students' ability lack practice and innovate, and the education model is not enough to complete the goal of combining theory with practice. This paper starts with the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of students' innovation ability in domestic universities. Then it puts forward the "multi-collaborative" international economic and trade talents innovation and entrepreneurship training system. Aiming to cultivate in the multi-participation training system and exercise students' ability to innovate, this paper cultivates high-quality practical talents for the society, and promotes social development.
