Abstract: With the deepening of China's economic transformation and industrial reform, the employment situation in recent years is not optimistic, college graduates need to be ready to enter the society from all aspects. College counselors, as the most frequently contacted direct management staff, can play a decisive role in innovation and entrepreneurship education and employment guidance education in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions in view of some problems in innovation, entrepreneurship and employment guidance of university counselors, so as to help them improve their educational ability and better serve the majority of students.
