Research on Cultivation Mode and Realization way of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Medical College Students

Abstract

Abstract: In this ear with fast social changes and development, it should be realized that that the social development closely depends on the education and culture of talented individuals. Especially in medical school, we should pay more attention to the employment of the undergraduates. In order to break the traditional mode of education, innovation and entrepreneurship of the medical students are firmly encouraged and emphasized. During this process, in-depth analysis and research are highly required to improve the level of innovation and entrepreneurship of medical college students in China.
