Abstract: With the aging problem becoming more and more prominent, the old-age pension problem has become an urgent problem for the society and the public to pay attention to. In view of the influence of China's national conditions and traditional culture, the construction of the old-age pension industry is limited by various factors. At the same time, it points out that higher vocational colleges have various advantages in training old-age nursing talents, learn advanced theories and experiences at home and abroad, carry out "two-wheel drive" type of old-age nursing education and training, and put forward constructive suggestions and countermeasures for the training of talents in higher vocational colleges.
