Exploration on the Construction of School Innovative Behavior Culture Based on School-based Curriculum Development ——Taking the Development, Utilization of the School-based Course Tangshan Ceramics as an Example

Abstract: The school-based curriculum of tangshan ceramics encourages and guides students to innovate, thus transforming the innovative thinking mode. While developing and improving students' innovative consciousness and a鄄 bility, teachers' innovative behaviors are enhanced, thus guiding the behavior development to form accordingly. First, open teaching should cultivate students' innovative consciousness. Consciousness is the forerunner of action. Open teaching cultivates the comprehensive consciousness of paying attention to society, beautifying life and learning ceramic art. In the open ceramic art learning atmosphere, students develop the ability of hands-on practice and innovation. The other is to cultivate students' creativity in a democratic and free atmosphere. In the course, students constantly practice freely to reflect and improve their new ideas and techniques. Third, school-based curriculum promotes teachers' innova鄄 tive thinking. In school-based curriculum, in order to give better play to students' initiative and stimulate students' en鄄 thusiasm for innovation, teachers are forced to change the traditional teaching thinking and innovate the teaching mode.
