Abstract: The report of the 19th CPC National Congress explicitly mentions that talents should be regarded as an important resource for regional development. In order to attract talents to stay in Wuhan, the Wuhan municipal government has issued a series of preferential policies. Through the questionnaire analysis, it is found that the policy of "Wuhan millions of College students staying in Han for Entrepreneurship and Employment Plan" has a strong support and good implementation effect. However, there is still a problem that the policy is not enough to attract college students, the root of which is mainly due to the lack of publicity, poor salary and treatment, as well as unreasonable industrial structure and so on.
