Abstract: The construction of practice base is a platform for cultivating innovative and applied talents in land resources and management specialty of Inner Mongolia Normal University. The fixed position of practice base can ensure the steady progress of practice and promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college students. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the practice of land resource and management specialty, this paper establishes the construction scheme of practice base, including three basic modes: outside campus practice base, industry-university-research cooperation base and school practice base. Put forward specific safeguard measures to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation applied talents of land resource and management.
