Abstract: Administrative management in universities belongs to the category of university management, which plays an important role in the development of universities. Therefore, colleges and universities should put administrative management in an important position, establish a good administrative operation mechanism, and ensure the efficient and steady development of college education and teaching. Under the new situation, China's education is developing vigorously, and there are still many problems and deficiencies in the administrative management of colleges and universities.
