Abstract: Vocational education is a very important part of the national education system, and it is an important position to train excellent technical and skilled talents for the strategic task of "made in China 2025". To do a good job in the vocational guidance of higher vocational college students is an inevitable choice to promote the supply-side structural reform of modern vocational education. At present, there are some problems in the vocational guidance curriculum of higher vocational colleges, such as unreasonable curriculum, insufficient attraction of teaching content, lack of appeal of teaching methods, etc., so it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to improve their understanding and organize the teaching system scientifically, to set up teaching teams scientifically and to strengthen teaching methods. Developing Teaching Carrier, expanding Teaching channels and so on to improve Vocational guidance in higher Vocational Colleges Teaching effectiveness.
