Research on Reform and Innovation of Employment-oriented Teaching Mode

Abstract: In past teaching modes, in order to pursue the integrity of the theoretical systems of various majors, some theoretical and practical courses were out of touch with employment. A large amount of theoretical knowledge acquired by students can hardly be applied into practice, which hinders the training and improvement of professional ability and professionalism. Based on the curriculum system of environmental engineering specialty in this school, a method for "reform and innovation of employment-oriented professional curriculum teaching model" is established. Through the reform of specialized course setting and teaching mode, the method aims at practical ability and independent creation to cultivate innovative ability and practical skills of students, further achieving the high-level undergraduate education.
