Abstract: At present, China has ushered in a new era of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. Under the background of this era, college students should not only improve their employment ability, but also pay attention to improve their awareness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, so that they can get a better job.However, at present, there are still some deficiencies in the practical teaching system of economics and management major in Chinese universities, such as the lack of practical teaching experience and the imperfect construction of practical teaching system. Starting from the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”and the practical teaching system of economics and management majors, this paper puts forward specific strategies to promote the construction of practical teaching system of economics and management majors in combination with the analysis of students' employ ability under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
