Abstract: Resultsoriented education mode is a kind of education concept based on learning results or results oriented, which represents the mainstream direction of professional engineering education reform, and is generally recognized by colleges and universities at home and abroad. To study and explore a talent training mode oriented by local social economy and industry demand is to reverse position the talent training goal with "demand" as the achievement orientation of cultivating students, and to define the knowledge, ability and quality requirements of professional posts corresponding to the training objectives, and construct the curriculum system; to implement the curriculum teaching positively, to clarify the teaching objectives and to design the evaluation system,in order the consistency of training objectives and results.
