Research on the Practice Situation and Countermeasures of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Provincial General Universities

Abstract: This research analyzes the implementation status of innovation and entrepreneurship project, the impact on students' comprehensive ability, and students' evaluation for instructors in Jiangsu Second Normal University. The survey results show that project types are mainly school-level innovation projects. The number of projects is gradually increasing, while the excellent completion rate needs to be improved. Projects have a certain positive effect on students' comprehensive ability. Most of the students who participated in innovation and entrepreneurship project o gave positive comments on the tutor's guidance, but the students who did not successfully complete the project after the establishment of the project believed that the poor tutor's guidance was the main cause of the project failure. Thus, schools should strengthen the management in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship protect, students should exert their subjective initiative as much as possible, and instructors should strengthen project participation and guidance. This research can provide guidance and suggestions for the provincial general colleges and universities to further promote innovation and innovation education.
