Research on Strategies and Practices for Higher Vocational Teachers to Improve Mixed Teaching Ability

Abstract: With the development of the Internet, more and more schools are gradually developing blended teaching, focusing on the improvement of teachers' teaching skills, which poses a challenge to higher vocational teachers. Blended teaching is a sign of the progress of modern education, and it is also a reform and innovation in the field of education. It can better cultivate students' abilities and thinking, enhance the interaction and interaction between teachers and students, and change traditional teaching methods and teaching methods. Design can form a good foundation for the development of students. TTherefore, this paper mainly starts from the current concept of blended teaching, analyzes the principles that should be adhered to in the current mixed teaching, and finally summarizes the strategies for teachers to carry out mixed teaching in higher vocational colleges.
