Abstract: Event volunteer service is an important platform and carrier for event students to carry forward the volunteer spirit, practice socialist core values and participate in social practice. Under the influence of utilitarianism and the lack of organizational management, there are some problems that need to be solved urgently, such as the motivation, willingness and service quality of event students to participate in volunteer service. From a non-utilitarian perspective, this article from learning to understand, value expression, self improvement three aspects analyzes the professional event students volunteer motivation factors, the influence of volunteers and carry forward the spirit of devotion, improve the independent choice, establishing the feedback mechanism of volunteers three event professional student volunteers motivation.
