Abstract: Under the background of knowledge economy, market economy and sports industry, social sports employment market puts forward higher requirements for the professionalism of talents and the standardization of work, especially the accumulation of work experience, However, the lack of "emphasizing theory and neglecting practice" in the talent cultivation of social sports major shows that the practical teaching is insufficient, resulting in the obvious lack of some abilities of students. The whole process practice teaching talent training mode plays an extremely important role in this kind of professional personnel training. Starting from the talent training mode, according to the training objectives and employment needs, this paper discusses the construction and implementation strategy of the whole process practice teaching system, so as to achieve the goal of effectively training social sports professionals and improve the quality of talent training.
