Abstract: Since the education reform, the innovation ability has been regarded as the core of students' comprehensive quality training in the education field of our country. The improvement of innovation ability can not only improve students' basic skills, but also further promote the continuous development of the industry in the field, so this paper is based on the background of medical colleges and universities. First of all, this paper analyzes the basic connotation of the innovative spirit of medical college students. Second, it analyzes the current medical college students in the cultivation of innovative spirit. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the path and measures to cultivate the innovative spirit of medical college students. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new direction and way for the current teaching mode of medical colleges, and to further improve the comprehensive ability and innovative quality of medical students.
