Adjustment and Intervention Strategies for Employment Psychology of Higher Vocational College Students

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of talents in the new era, the state's attention and support for vocational education has been increasing. Many vocational college graduates have various psychological problems in the process of employment, which affect their physical and mental health and career development. Mental health educators in higher vocational colleges should actively deal with it, help students effectively warm up their psychology, clarify the inevitability of identity change, and correctly understand their own social attributes; in view of frequent subjective emotional problems, timely and reasonable intervention should be carried out, and control methods such as forgetting and music should be adopted to help them get rid of the perplexity of bad emotions; and the objective psychological frustration should be targeted According to the actual employment situation, we should carry out and strengthen the goal incentive, investigate and analyze the students' career and career planning, and carry out targeted guidance and intervention. Through the above strategies, help students enter the workplace smoothly and find the right career and life direction.
