Abstract: Employment is the foundation of the people's livelihood, and it is also crucial for the subsequent growth of college students. Whether this problem can be solved effectively is of great significance to the development of the whole country and society. Guiding college students to get a better job is an important part of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. All the work of college counselors is carried out around college students, which is a reliable force to solve the employment problem of college students. This paper mainly discusses the main problems existing in the current employment of college students, the unique advantages of College Counselors' employment guidance work and the goal of future work, which has certain significance for guiding college students to better employment.
