Abstract: The arrival of the Internet era brings greater opportunities for the innovation and reform of college students' education in the new era, but at the same time, it also means higher requirements for college students' education. It is of great practical significance to give full play to the power of "micro ideological and political education", facilitate college students' education in the new era, organically combine college ideological and political education with the Internet, and deepen "Internet + ideological and political education", to cultivate successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics who are in need of the society. The micro-ideological and political work has been gradually recognized by teachers and students in colleges and universities, effectively stimulating students' learning enthusiasm. However, it is undeniable that the lack of construction of the "micro ideological and political" work position, education measures to be improved, the lack of linkage mechanism, the smooth development of the "micro ideological and political" work has a certain impact. Based on this, this paper puts forward the innovative path of "micro ideological and political work" in college students' education in the new era, in order to better assist the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.
