Abstract

Abstract: The cultivation subject of higher vocational normal colleges is not only students, but also future teachers. To pay attention to the "normal" problem of teachers and students in higher vocational normal colleges is to improve the educational effect of higher vocational normal colleges. This paper focuses on "the importance of teachers and normal students' normal training in Higher Vocational Normal Colleges", "Analysis on the problems of teachers' and students' normal training" and "Research on the strategies of teachers' and students' normal training", hope to further improve the education effect of higher vocational normal colleges and establish a more scientific and efficient way In order to promote the high quality employment of normal students, promote the healthy development of higher vocational normal colleges, and create a good pattern of coordinated development of all normal colleges in China.
