Abstract: The research and practice of new engineering construction is a main theme and research field of current higher engineering education. The "Fudan Consensus", "Tianda Action", and "Beijing Guide" constitute the "trilogy" of new engineering construction. In order to improve the quality of talents of local universities, the research is based on the background of new projects, the in-depth integration of ideological and political education and vocational education, and the innovative and entrepreneurial training model of engineering talents in local universities that focuses on ideological and political education. Highlight the concept of engineering innovation and establish a curriculum system to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial skills of engineering talents, as well as the ways and methods to implement the innovation and entrepreneurial process. Promote regional economic development and industrial upgrading, deepen innovation and reform of entrepreneurship education, and play a supporting role.
