Abstract: The advent of the era of intelligence for the accounting industry brings new change, new changes in demand for the ability of accounting personnel, to the cultivation of accounting professionals creates new challenges and requirements, the reform of accounting education is the inevitable trend, and the accounting professional personnel training and the demand research is the basis of the accounting professional education reform. Based on the investigation and analysis of vocational accounting personnel training and demand, this paper proposes measures from the aspects of talent training objectives, construction of practical training curriculum system, and innovative education and teaching methods, aiming at the problems existing in the current higher vocational accounting education, so as to provide reference for vocational accounting personnel training under the background of intelligent era.
