Abstract: With the continuous progress of China's society and the continuous improvement of economic level, the importance of teaching quality has been strengthened, and higher requirements have been set for various colleges and universities. In order to better keep up with the pace of the development of the times and meet the actual needs of the country for talents, the education department has strengthened the reform and innovation of teaching process mode and method. At the present stage, most of the main research topics and directions of teaching workers can not do without the student-centered teaching mode, which has attracted more and more scholars' attention. In the teaching process, we should take the students as the main body, so that students can give full play to their subjective initiative, and take students' learning and future development as the teaching center. Based on this, the teaching mode is reformed and optimized. It can not only effectively help students form correct learning methods and establish correct learning concepts, but also continuously improve students' learning enthusiasm and active participation ability. This paper mainly studies the teaching mode of college physics, introduces the reform process of college physics teaching mode, expounds the research ideas and research methods of the mode, and analyzes and discusses the teaching effect. Hope to provide some reference for relevant departments, so as to further promote the deepening reform of college physics teaching mode, and improve the quality level of teaching in China as a whole.
