Exploration and Practice on the Construction and Assessment Mechanism of “Dual-tutor” Team in Modern Apprenticeship System——Taking the Pilot Project of Modern Apprenticeship for the Gem Jade Identification and Processing Major as An Example

Abstract: Based on the first batch national pilot project of modern apprenticeship for the gem jade identification and processing major of Xinjiang Vocational University,relying on the Hetian Jade Cultural and Creative Industrial Park jointly built by schools and enterprises,this paper established a "dual tutor" construction management mechanism; explores and practices the "double tutor" operation mode based on school enterprise cooperation, formulates and implements the evaluation mechanism and method of "double tutor" according to the the practice content summarizes the construction and assessment experience of "double tutor" teaching staff, which provides an important basis for the construction and assessment of "double tutor" team of modern apprenticeship in the future.
