Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, the society has entered a new information age. As a new media form, new media has changed people's production, life and learning forms. It not only speeds up the speed of information transmission, but also further promotes the development of social economy. In the new media vision, the network culture has also brought great influence to the ideological and political education of college students. The content of network culture is very rich, which is a double-edged sword for the ideological and political education of college students. It can bring a lot of convenience, but also affect the thinking of college students, and even produce some bad ideas and values.Based on this, this paper analyzes the influence of network culture on the ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of new media, and discusses the strategies of Ideological and political education of College Students under the network culture.
