Abstract: The strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property rights puts forward new requirements for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new era. Intellectual property education plays a very important role in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship. This study analyzes the deficiencies of intellectual property education in innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities, and on this basis, gives corresponding suggestions on how to solve these problems, including strengthening the education of intellectual property rights from the school level, optimizing the structure of teachers, carrying out teaching combined with cases, providing consultation and guidance related to intellectual property in the late stage of entrepreneurship.
