Practice and Exploration of the "Hotel Professional Comprehensive Ability" Course based on School-enterprise Cooperation

Abstract: School-enterprise cooperation between tourism colleges and hotel groups is an exploration of an application-oriented talent training model based on resource sharing. The "Hotel Professional Comprehensive Ability " course is the content and main achievements of the cooperation between the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management of Shenyang Normal University and Hilton Worldwide. Curriculum practice shows that the school-enterprise cooperation curriculum model helps students to enrich hotel operation management knowledge, experience the characteristics of the hotel working environment, and refine career planning. The course also has the problems of scattered content and unclear cognition of the teaching objects. Therefore, it proposes the course content integration, enriches the perspective of explanation, adjusts the teaching rhythm and other course construction countermeasures.
