Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of life. In the management of college students, if we only rely on the traditional work mode, it will inevitably make the work inefficient. Applying big data to student management not only provides strong technical support for student management, but also enables educators to fully understand the dynamic changes of students through data analysis. This paper takes big data as the research background, expounds the reform of college student management system under the background of big data, in order to cultivate excellent talents in line with the development needs of the times.
