Abstract: The relationship between Vocational Colleges and enterprises is relatively close. The practice of Ideological and political teachers in enterprises can not only cultivate "double qualified" teachers, but also meet the needs of vocational education reform, ideological and political education reform and innovation, and the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents. Through enterprise practice, ideological and political teachers can understand enterprise culture, production technology, rules and regulations, personnel standards, etc. integrating these information into education and teaching can help students understand enterprise requirements in advance and guide students to improve their professional competitiveness.
