Innovation Research and Practice of College Students' Work from the Perspective of Engineering Education Professional Certification

Abstract: The development of engineering education professional certification is of great significance to improve the quality of professional personnel training, and it also puts forward higher requirements for the development of student work. The two work objectives are consistent, cooperate with each other, support each other, and complement each other. At present, there are still some problems in the work of college students, such as the lag of work management mode, the imperfection of working mechanism, and the imperfection of the construction of student work team. Therefore, we should take the opportunity of student professional certification to force students' work to improve quality and efficiency, innovate work concept, rationalize working mechanism, innovate work content and strengthen team construction.
