Research on the Integration of Ideological and Political Education and Student Management under the Background of Quality Education

Abstract: In our country's college education system, thinking politics education always occupies an important position, which is not only directly related to the future development of college students, but also affects the quality of running schools and the level of personnel training in colleges and universities to a great extent. Among them, through the integration of ideological and political education and student management in colleges and universities, we can further improve the student management mechanism of the school with the cultivation of development-oriented talents as the core, and help to ensure the feasibility and applicability of student management. In this regard, the article focuses on the work of college thinking and politics education under the background of quality education, and on the basis of summarizing the problems existing in the current work of college thinking and politics education, it explores in detail the effective path of integration with the management of students, aiming at giving the university thought and politics educators some feasible help and guidance, and ultimately promoting the further improvement of the level of running schools in our country.
