Abstract: The post internship is an important link in training high-quality talents in higher vocational colleges. The paper introduces “Internet plus”technology into the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges during the post internship. From breaking through the time and space limitation、innovating ideas and models、enriching the content and carrier of ideological and political education, the paper analyzes the “Internet plus” can effectively break through the traditional ideological and political education dilemma. Base on exchange of thoughts、web-based learning、safety education、subject education、psychological guidance, we suggest building an innovative five-in-one new pattern of “Internet plus” ideological and political education, and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education during the post internship.
