Abstract: Under the background of "Internet plus" education, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the application of network teaching resources in teaching, advocating teachers to carry out digital teaching. The network has become an important position for college students to learn. Online autonomous learning ability of college students has become the focus of attention of teachers and students. This paper takes local college students as the research object, makes an investigation and analysis of College Students' network autonomous learning ability under the epidemic situation. It is proposed that college students should strive to improve self-management ability and improve learning efficiency by mutual supervision. At the same time, it should enhance online interaction between teachers and students, improve teaching and learning quality and create a good learning environment for students to ensure college students' Online Autonomous Learning. So as to improve the effectiveness of College Students' Online Autonomous Learning.
