Construction and Implementation of OTO Blended Teaching Mode into International Business Negotiation Course under Informatization Age

Abstract: :Deeply integration of information technology and higher education is the inevitable development of schooling. By summarizing the current condition of OTO (Online to Offline) blended teaching mode and analyzing the nature of International Business Negotiation course, based on social-culture theory, this article aims at constructing and implementing of blended teaching mode into International Business Negotiation course, which includes three parts, stating tasks-driven pre-class work, facilitating teaching-and-learning in-class work, evaluating learning post-class work with formative and summative assessment system. Eventually, a brief conclusion will be made on the results of application of OTO blended teaching mode in International Business Negotiation course, hopefully to provide reference on the reform of teaching model on this course in the near future.
