Abstract: At present, there are some problems in physical education teaching in Colleges and universities, such as the lack of teachers' information-based teaching ability, the single way of teaching resources sharing and the imperfect teaching evaluation mechanism. With the continuous development of Internet information technology, flipped classroom has become an important mode of quality education teaching. Based on the basic concept of flip classroom and the current practice in Colleges and universities, this paper proposes the application strategies and mode construction of the flipped classroom teaching mode in the "Internet plus" environment, aiming at changing the traditional college physical education concept and innovating teaching methods, contributing to the improvement of the physical quality of Contemporary college students.
