The Exploration and Practice of Learning Organization Theory in “Innovative Methods and Entrepreneurial Foundation” Course

Abstract: “Innovative methods and entrepreneurial foundation”is a general course on innovation and entrepreneurship education which was set up for students in our school. "learning organization" theory was applied to the teaching practice of this course, which has exercised students' systematic and overall thinking, cultivated their overall concept, and enabled them to actively improve their mental model. After learning, students were good at self-transcendence in team work, thus achieving good teaching effect. Through the study of this course, students internalize the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship, cultivate the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and improve their comprehensive quality.
