The Application and Research of Cognitive Behavior Oriented Group Counseling on the Improvement of College Students' Innovative Thinking Training

Abstract: The cognitive behavior change of college students can be regarded as an important content of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Group psychological counseling, as a form of counseling education with a wide range of applications, has the characteristics of short time, high efficiency and good benefits. The design and implementation of cognitive behavior oriented group psychological activities can not only promote the cognitive coordination and divergent thinking of college students, but also enrich the forms of innovative education and teaching activities. It is intended to combine the knowledge of cognitive behavior theory to promote the coordination of students' cognition of innovative thinking, and to improve the consistency of innovative cognition and innovative behavior.
