Research Progress on the Influence of the Course

Abstract

Abstract: This paper introduces the situation and effect of career planning course for nurses at home and abroad, and probes into the necessity of this course. The course of career planning has been listed as elective course by some colleges and universities, but it is rare to offer the course of nurse career planning. As for the shortage of nursing talents in China, this course is conducive to the guidance of nursing students' employment and has a positive effect on nursing career.
