Abstract: With the rapid development of educational informationization, smart classroom as a new smart teaching mode came into being. Smart classroom promotes the reform of teaching behavior by changing teaching environment, teaching methods and teaching resources. The original "teaching centered" teaching method has been unable to adapt to today's classroom. In this paper, the teaching videos of a university's smart classroom are selected as the research object. According to the teaching behavior analysis system in the environment of smart classroom designed independently, the subject differences of teaching reform are explored. It is found that the effect of teaching reform is different due to the different characteristics of different subjects and different teaching styles of teachers. According to the results of the analysis, the improving strategies of the teaching behavior are put forward.
