Abstract: Developing high-quality modern vocational education is a major problem need to be solved urgently in the field at present, and it is also an inevitable requirement to realize the dream of a country with strong technical skills. In Reference to the successful experience of vocational education development in Britain, America, Germany and other countries, the essay is clarifying a point that an active modern system framework requests to be built to promote the high-quality development of vocational education jointing efforts of the government, vocational colleges, industries, and enterprises.
