Abstract: Because the education objects of special education teachers are relatively special, colleges and universities need to continuously strengthen students' professional training skills, enrich the content of special education expertise, and better meet the current development needs of special education. In the process of training special education professionals in China's colleges and universities, it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the current status of professional training, and constantly optimize the training plan, so as to provide more outstanding professional talents for special education in China. This article will take the current situation of cultivating professional talents as the starting point, and make relevant suggestions based on the actual situation.
