Discussion on Teaching Reform of Administrative Law under the Background of Big Data

Abstract: At present, the teaching of administrative law in our country is faced with many difficulties, such as the conflict between the openness of the teaching system and the limited teaching time, the mismatch between the teaching method and the ability training, and the low degree of relevance of teaching content and social life, We need to respond positively. The arrival of big data era not only opens up a new field of administrative law teaching research, but also enriches the teaching content and teaching methods of administrative law. It is suitable to carry on the reform from the aspects of optimizing the teaching content, arranging the teaching time reasonably, improving the teaching method, promoting the situational teaching mode and innovating the teaching method, and establishing the network interactive teaching mode, so as to improve the students' interest in learning the administrative law and grasp the essence of the administrative law.
