Abstract: Colleges and universities attach importance to and establish mass innovation space, strive to provide innovative and entrepreneurial practice platform for college students, cultivate their maker spirit, and inject new vitality into the national economy. From the perspective of pest theory, this paper analyzes the favorable situation of the development of university mass creative space, further explores the reasons for the bottleneck period of the development of university mass creative space, provides development countermeasures for the development of university mass creative space in view of relevant problems, promotes the construction and improvement of university mass creative space and drives the local economy by means of clear positioning, creating entrepreneurial atmosphere and broadening financing channels.
